Homeowner's Records Portfolio

At the date of your first walk-through of your new home, your Valley Community Homes representative will hand you your Homeowner's Records Portfolio which will include complete instructions and forms for homeowner's maintenance requests and phone numbers to our subcontractors. As part of our Warranty and Customer Service programs, owners will have the opportunity to submit checklists outlining any items that require our attention up to one year of move-in date. Items such as surface blemishes that were not pointed out during the walk-through, are not warranty items. Homeowner service requests forms (located in you Homeowner's Records Portfolio) must be submitted to Valley Community Homes in writing and should include name, lot number/address and a phone number, along with Work requested. Customer service calls are received Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. The Customer Service number is (831) 753-6487. We will investigate the following items and make the necessary repairs within the terms of the Valley Community Homes ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. All Calls must be followed in writing on the Homeowner Service Request form by fax (831) 753-6480 or mailed to Customer Service Warranty 590-G Brunken Ave. Salinas, CA 93905
