process. As part of the process we will need you assistance
in completing the attached application. Please fill out
as much as possible of said application and collect the
following personal and financial requirements for each
borrower.

2000-2005 W-2's
• (2) recent pay-stubs
• (2) recent bank statements of liquid accounts (checking,savings,
IRA's, Mutual Funds, CD's, Money Market, 401k's)
• $25 check or money order for credit report per single
(un-married) borrower ($25 if borrower & co-borrower
are married. Should you have a recent credit report, please
bring with you, there will be no charge)
• Homeowners should bring mortgage statement(s) and tax
& insurance payment information.

goal as the sub-divisions preferred lender is to make
sure that you are able to purchase the home and receive
the financing that best fits your families needs. We believe
that, with our presence in the Monte Bella sales office,
our buyers' loan process will be the smoothest possible;
